"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. " Aunque el tiempo en Cantabria no es del todo caluroso y es más bien fresquito no quita para que las habitaciones, si no tienen aire acondicionado, tengan aunque sea un misero ventilador. Pasamos unas noches de tremenda calor, sin poder dormir, en una habitación dos metros cuadradros con una ventana estrechísima al exterior por donde no entraba ni gota de aire fresco. Descasamos muy mal esas noches y al día siguiente estábamos reventados para cubrir kilómetros en ver sitios."

"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough"
