"The customer service at the Vale is one of the best parts. We were especially impressed when the staff arranged a complimentary shuttle for us to our dinner spot due to the unavailability of taxis. Jo, the friendly and helpful driver from Germany, was a friendly driver and great conversationalist! The spa is one of the best that I've ever been to. Loved how it was also clean, and had long hours. Rooms are very modern + great views. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer. Highly recommend."
