"It was absolutely a historic hotel with a lot of charm. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, given that it was an older hotel, it definitely showed signs of wear and tear and didn't entirely match the pictures online. The bathroom was small and a little unclean, and the area surrounding the hotel (which I understand the hotel cannot help, but would have been nice to know about) is not the safest (especially at night). I would recommend this hotel for older, male travelers, but...
