"Clean room "

"Although the air conditioning was not very effective this was due to the switch in power supply as I was duly informed, I enjoyed my stay as there was back up rechargeable fan which I consider a good initiative. The room was clean and I would consider staying here if I am ever in town again."

"This should not be listed as a hotel and I’m so disappointed that Expedia even has this listed on their website. The building is falling apart, the facilities are terrible, linen and towels are not clean. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I attempted a cup of tea for breakfast. To countertop was full of bugs crawling all over the place. While the staff were friendly and tried to help, this is not a facility that they can solve. I stayed here with my family. My brother’s room had a live wire hanging in the bathroom. This is not a hotel. Spend a little more and stay more central in Abuja for a better experience. "

"I cancelled the booking due to their change in venue last minute, and they still have not refunded me back my money. The hotel they were trying to move me to was definitely not a place where anyone can stay for even 1 night. The person that i have been communicating with has decided to block all communication with me also. This is their number +234 903 133 4918. I would never recommend anybody to book with this hotel. The hotel is very faulty and they use tactics to lure you into a cheaper affiliate hotel for the same price you paid for a more expensive hotel! Very deceptive staff here. Avoid this hotel completely. "

"The hotel was nice, water issues light issues and wifi issues. While there I was approched by men stating they were with the IFCIRS requesting I enter their van for qustioning I slammed tge gate on the and alerted the hotel clerk. When I asked her about it she said she never checked it out. Please be aware of your surroundings the staff refuses access to management to complain. "

"This property is fraudulent. The pictures on Expedia do not at all represent the state of the rooms. It is filthy, noisy, no back up power, the toilets don't work, the roads leading up to the place is unsafe and almost inaccessible, even the address is misleading and doesn't take you to that location on the maps, not even close enough, the staff are extremely unhelpful and appear unbothered by how bad their service is. It was so terrible I couldn't stay and had to be back out in Abuja in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to spend the night. This place is a scam and it should be delisted."
