"We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!"

"Location is nice I just wish they would beautify the area . The view is of the old mall and the balcony doesn’t open . My room was 63 degrees all night and I was freezing . You can not turn the heat on and fix the issue either cause it’s a boiler system . This is the second time it happened but I stay there because compared to many other Charleston hotels this is the better . Pick your favorite old hotel . Most are old and in need of renovation . They are renovating this one thankfully . The parking garage is not great and doesn’t look secure and you have to pay for parking 15 a day. They finally were able to get the cigeratte smell out of the elevator . This time it didn’t stink ."
