"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. "This was by far my favorite place in all of Japan. The hotel is lovely and located near the ocean. Our view was absolutely stunning. The staff was warm and accommodating (even helped us order a pizza!!). The Futon mats were memory foam and more comfortable than most western beds. The tatami mats and the paper walls that separated the sitting area from the sleeping area created an authentic Japanese vibe. The fee was affordable, but the quality was luxury!!"

Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!"

"東山動物公園でスポーツの大会があり、2回目の利用です。 部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでないところと、シャワーはありますがお風呂無しなので、お風呂好きな人には近くに温泉もないので 不便かも。 10〜15分歩いたところにコンビニとコープがあります。ホテルからは少し遠いかな。 あとは特に不満なところは無く、スタッフの方も優しいし、布団もふかふかで快適でした。 また利用したいと思います。"
