10/10 Excellent

The location is perfect whether you are at Hirafu for skiing or exploring the town. All the staff were very helpful and almost everyone spoke good english. My family had a half board package and food was excellent especially their brealfast. I will definitle go back to this hotel if i have to back in Hirafu. I cannot think of any negative concern because everything was perfect including the room, onsen and facilities. If i have to complain then it would be the price. But then we came in at peak...
