"This location is perfectly located in the French Quarter. It's walking distance to the river, trolly, bus etc. Highly recommend."

"Room was actually good but there were no cups or glasses. We were only there for 6 nights but the room wasn’t serviced on one of those and when it eventually was at around 5.30 in the evening we discovered no shower gel. That was sorted while we were out. Asked for a courtesy room but was told ‘no’ ‘you check out at 12’. Concierge very helpful, bell hop very helpful, reception waste of time. The US is normally good at customer service but the Bourbon have a long way to go."
