Place is perfect

This is a nice hotel in an easy access location about a 10 minute walk from Nimes Centre Station. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Amphitheatre. Close to nice restaurants and all the touristy bits.

Positives: Excellent location, great air con, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Negatives: TV remote didn’t work, sink and bath took a long time to drain, needed unblocking, soaps not topped up, housekeeping needs to be a bit more thorough, rooms a little dated.

An excellent trip

I couldn’t find anything to complain about, which makes a change. I had the best breakfast and the best night’s sleep of my entire trip to the south of France and the man on reception tried to communicate properly with me. The TV worked and my room had a sofa for me to lounge about on. I’m going to look for a room here the next time I go to nimes.

The hotel belongs to a well-known French group and that is a guarantee. Staff was helpful and the laundry was so efficient to get my clothes ready for the day after. It was okay. 3 star property. Good location. Very nice staff. Went out of their way to help us when our air conditioning didn’t work and it is 38 degrees out. But still, the property isn’t worthy of more than 3 stars.
