Well, it’s under Marriott brand but the facility is inconviently located with limited shuttle between nikko city center which also all busisiness closes early in the evening. This business should indicate it’s more convenient, friendly for people travel with car then using the public transportation. Limited shuttle between the hotel to Nikko station offers three in the morning and three in tue afternoon/evening with limited seating. I travel light and use the laundry facility to clean, some of the washer in Japan has detergent feeder but it was not indicated on the hotel information or in the laundry room. When I asked the front desk staff, he elegantly said it’s written all over in the laundry room. I went back to look for the sign says washer has auto detergent feeder and I was able located the sign written in Japanese “detergent” included in top of the washing machine lid. With the lid opened as most unused washing machine, the notice is obscured behind the lid. I don’t think some of the staff actually done any traveling themselves to experience the needs of the travelers.

Very new hotel, lovely bathroom and great laundry facilities as there are separate washers and dryers. I did not enjoy the beds as they were quite soft and I also struggled with the pillows. Staff were really helpful.

The hotel is new and the room is spacious. However, the hotel is not located near the town, so there are only 2 dinning options and there's no restaurant in the hotel.

Great value hotel in Nikko

The hotel room is very spacious and while it doesn’t have a restaurant, it has good facilities for guests to heat up their food. I am also impressed to see their have frozen food for purchase, and you can use microwave and oven to heat it up.

Very clean and modern rooms. We loved the huge bed and well thought out use of space. The hotel also provides complimentary coffee and use of toaster, microwave, etc. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there is a huge communal area for you to have breakfast in the morning. Easy and convenient parking on site. Will definitely come back again if we are visiting Nikko.

A very comfortable three-night stay in a beautiful hotel with well designed rooms, a great open access kitchen/ dining/ lounge area, and super-helpful, English speaking staff. Definitely recommended for those who prioritise cleanliness and tranquility. The only improvements that could be made would be to have a breakfast option and a shuttle bus service, as the hotel is a couple of km out of town.

Amazing in Nikko

This hotel is beautiful. It is contemporary with a very flexible layout. The bathroom had separate shower/toilet/sink areas. The bed was big and comfy. Beautiful garden view from the room. We loved staying here. The hotel is located about 2 kilometers from the train station--not really walkable. We rented a car.

Great hotel , we really liked are room it a nice size with a comfy bed The room was quite , so a great night sleep 💤 The hotel is a 30 minute up hill walk to the hotel and 25 minutes back to the station 5 minutes in a taxi . Price varies £4.70 -£7.00

Perfect getaway

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Room is excellent and clean. Love the set up/design of the room. Equipped with a small fridge and a safe. Staff are nice and very welcoming. 24hr kitchenette at the lobby with microwave/toaster and coffee maker. Coffee and teas available 24hrs. Mini Market place in the lobby as well. Location is very close to the Kirifuri Waterfall and the Kogen park. All in all Excellent place to stay.
