The location was really good, close proximity to Niigata Station. The room and bathroom is your typical average size Japanese hotel room and combo bathroom. When we stayed in early March the hotel’s AC system was programmed to heater only which was too warm so we had to turn it off and keep the window cracked open for air. The area is not very noisy even at night so that was a plus. Breakfast was a highlight of this hotel and that made up for the other shortcomings. The selections were plentiful and they had food offerings that were specialties of Niigata.

Semi-double is spacious, enough for my yoga mat and I could stretch my arms out. Water pressure good, hot (4th floor); walls a bit thin (woken up by next door’s snoring). Breakfast was overwhelming. Eat up for your 2,009¥ breakfast and you won’t need any more food for the day! Bath was nice, but could be 1-2C hotter. Will return next time I come to work @universitybbb

Location is good. Staff is friendly and efficient. The room itself was pretty normal but what I didn’t like was the air conditioner… even at the “coldest” the room never got cool. The water pressure in the shower was pitiful. The “famous” breakfast was pretty mid, to be honest. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again as I mostly just go to sleep and shower. Proper AC and a nice shower are two important factors to consider in my case.

お部屋もキレイで快適に過ごす事ができました。部屋着が上下分かれている物で、寝る時に良かったです。 お風呂のシャワーの出が少し勢いが無いように感じましたが、不便と言う程ではありませんでした。タオルがもう少し厚く、柔らかいと良かったかな。 1階にコンビニもあり、周りに飲食店もたくさんあり、駅にも近いし、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

施設は共有客室ともにリニューアルされていてキレイだが、ユニットバスが狭くて、朝に気付いたが浴室天井にゴキブリの子供？かの様な小さな虫2匹を発見してとても残念に感じた。 スタッフはフロント・朝食会場は男女共に丁寧 朝食はかなり充実していて美味しくて満足。 冷房は腰高から風が出るタイプで制御が不安定 ベットからスイッチが遠い部屋であったので不便さを感じる
