"This was in a great spot, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet and nice. The room was spacious and well-kept. The breakfast was pretty good. This is a great budget hotel. They were renovating when we stayed, but it didn't bother us at all."

"Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. There were things splashed and dripped down the walls. The worst was our bathroom there was mold growing on the walls (near the floor) and when we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. When we advise the staff, were instructed to fold up towels and create a water dam. Apparently this is unknown problem and they were “working on” a new bathroom design. Finally, the air air-conditioning never worked the entire time we were there"

"Excellent location in Inverness. We had booked Rabbie’s Tours and you could see the Stop just down the street. I have mobility issues and this was so great. There’s a really good bakery around the corner, a ‘grocery” store not too far for anything you might want to pick up. there was a full breakfast in the morning to start off your day.The staff at the front desk were so very helpful and always pleasant. We would definitely stay here again."

"Do not recommend this hotel or the restaurant for the cost. The beds are shockingly hard, windows don’t open and virtually no airflow, and it’s in desperate need of an update. Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff are nice but there aren’t enough of them. Most are juggling multiple stations/duties."
