I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."

"Properties a good modern appearance and vibe is good. We loved the outside patio to hangout. It is very close to dining places and walkable to the central areas. The only issue we had was the bed a little hard and we ran into dirty towels on our first night and requested for another clean set."

"Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM."

"Up front the rooms are small, but this is a trend with urban hotels. It was fine for me as a single guest and the bed was fabulous. The staff are truly outstanding, well trained on hospitality essentials. They go the extra kilometer (and a half) to make you feel at home."
