"We liked the hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. When the elevator didn't work and I couldn't walk down the stairs the last day of our stay, all hands were there to help. I stayed at the hotel a lot since I got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful in letting my family and friends visit me. Loved the bed. My husband wishes the shower were a little bigger. "

The hotel retains its old-world charm along with some fantastic staff across all areas like restaurant, breakfast, concierge, etc. Have to mention about Jeanne and Anne at the front desk who ensured that we have a comfortable stay. We also had the pleasure of being taken care of by Greg at the in-house Le Siecle restaurant. We had taken a three-bed sea view room and the view of the blue waters was incredible. Highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay here! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, before check in time and our room wasn’t ready but they have an area that you can freshen up and stored our luggage so that we could go out and enjoy our day. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable. We had a little patio, that is the only area that could have been given some attention as a previous client must have spilled something, there was a large sticky area right beside one of the chairs so it could have been scrubbed down"
