Property was beautiful but just too far from Nice downtown… staff was ok, area immediately walkable in back of the hotel seemed sketch. The promenade out front was better but again, 3-4 miles east of where you want to be.

Great location by the beach and old Nice. Very walkable and across the street from bike rentals. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Very happy with our hotel choice. Beautiful views.
