"What a delightful hotel – a real hidden gem! From the lovely décor and welcoming atmosphere to the immaculate, spacious rooms, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect, with easy access to San Francisco’s main sights, and having Fisherman’s Wharf and the beach right on your doorstep was an added bonus. The restaurant served excellent food, and the barman deserves a special mention for his fantastic service and delicious cocktails! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco. A truly lovely experience from start to finish!"

"It was very busy, Breakfast was good but lots of dirty tables because people didn't clean up after themselves. Also we had a powercut and there was no emergency lighting in the rooms or on the stairs so they used glow sticks not good."

"Staff was nice, location was great, bed was pretty comfortable! Relatively quiet except for the AC unit- it worked great but was very loud. Decent room, but definitely older and looking a bit run down. Breakfast was pretty good and had quite a few options! Great coffee shop and pizza place right across the street and easy bus access. I’d stay here again, but it could definitely use a refresh!"
