"All staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile ! Our 1 bedroom with pullout and kitchenette was a disappointment. Phone did not work, pullout mattress had a huge red/brown stain, door jam was wonky, each time we closed door we had to push the jam "in" manually to close door and toilet overflowed with no plunger available. We had to walk down to lobby to report overflow as the phone did not work. We asked to have a room change for our second nights stay. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite...
