"Overall it was a good experience. The breakfast was disappointing. It was only breads and cereal. There was shampoo, conditioner and lotions provided in the room. However, they were a hodgpodge of whatever they could find. Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our visit here."

"There is an up charge for breakfast and it is well worth it! You can choose to have breakfast when you book here online. The rooms are clean and the pool is very nice. There is shuttle service to Foxwoods available on Friday and Saturday which is convenient and the driver is friendly. The staff is great! I would stay here again."

"This is our second time staying at this facility. They were able to check us in right away so we can get to our room. It was an extremely hot weekend. Upon entering our room, we realize that our air-conditioning was not working. We went down to the front desk and they sent somebody up immediately to look at it. They asked us to wait 30 minutes and see if it would get better. We tried to shower and we were sweating while taking our shower. We called down and let them know and they changed us over to another room. We were grateful for the quick service we got from them. Sometimes things break, but how you handle them is what makes the difference in this hotel stepped up to the plate and took care of business. I appreciate all the efforts."
