Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Uncasville Casino Area
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, I had a good stay at Microtel Inn & Suites. The room was really clean, affordable, and the location was very convenient—it’s literally only about 1 mile from the casino.
The only downside was the bed. The mattress was very old, hard, and uncomfortable, and unfortunately I woke up with lower back pain. If they replaced the mattresses, I think the stay would be much more comfortable.
Other than the bed, I was happy with the cleanliness, price, and location.
Plus it’s around a lot of stores."
"Room was comfortable and clean.ceiling peeling from obvious leaks, could use a refresh. Refrigerator freezer over frozen with som old substance on the ice. Yucky. Maintenance responded immediately and changed out refrigerator and helped regulate room temperature. Woman from maintenance very helpful. Staff in restaurant very professional attentive. Breakfast good but Coffee weak and tasteless. Just a Senior Citizen observation(toilet very low ) overall a great stay, great location, staff attentive and helpful."
"Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. A few issues. The bathroom light is a heat lamp bulb so it gets very warm doing your business. And we were woken up at 845am by housekeeping asking if we wanted our room clean, we were only there for 1 night and leaving at 11am."
"It was a clean, neat, motel type of experience. I will note that the air conditioning is one of those floor units near the door that make the floor feel mildly wet. Not a deal breaker, but not my favorite.. it was a good deal for the price."
"The views are amazing! The breakfast was a great perk. Short drive to town but you really don't need to leave the grounds with bar/restaurant/beach/pool all there."
