"Our rooms view was over top the roof and in there was so much outdoor cleaning equipment and it was a terrible view. The hotel was kept clean, although the parking rate was $75 per night. We had an ok stay but honestly would stay at a few other hotels in the area that we have been there before as the value was better and the view was nice too. "

"I stay here every weekend, I have had a great stay overall each time, except once where the experience could have been better but we all know perfection is almost never a 100%. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made the experience great each time I visit. Everything felt convenient and welcoming, and it’s definitely a place I would consider coming to, well I already do lol. That said, housekeeping could use some improvement. A bit more attention to cleanliness and detail would elevate the stay from great to truly exceptional."

"Always a pleasant stay, however, there was renovations everywhere which impacted the services especially wait time for elevators and breakfast was moved to TGI in lobby so didn't have the Faslsview experience. Rooms are smaller now as rhey are rebranding the hotel."

"My family enjoyed the water park and the arcade. Our room was clean. What affected the enjoyment of our room were the neighbors. The first night, they played their music loudly until late into the night. The second night, we heard them declare it was a movie night. It was loud. We stayed in room 282. Despite the noise, we did like the water park so we will go back. "

"While it was dirty and it was pointed out to staff that were dismissive. The major issue is the fact that the amenities are limited and was not disclosed at the the time of booking only part way through the stay. We were not able to check in until after 5pm and the only offering for that major inconvenience was “free parking” for one vehicle while it was 2 rooms affected. The colouring activity was a nice simple touch that aided in the long wait times for the room or the pool. "
