"We were here just after March Break for 2 nighta. The rates were lower and it was wonderfully quiet!
Our kids (4&6), loved the Waterpark. We ordered Boston Pizza for the kids for dinner and walked through the hotel to pick up. We (adults) ordered door dash and enjoyed it on our outside patio. We were at ground level around the very back of the hotel and it was beautiful and quiet, with open grass areas.
My only negatives about our stay was that the kids playground equipment was blocked off and broken - it was disappointing, especially as it was just outside our room and our kids reaaaaallllly wanted to play on it. But, there are worse things. One other small thing; you get a discount coupon for BP at the hotel - BUT you can't use it if you're ordering to take back to your room, only if you eat in. It seems silly to me as you're spending your money there either way!
The hotel is super close (driving) to Clifton Hill and the Falls. I'd definitely recommend this place to families with young kids - much more affordable than GWL and the Waterpark is so much nicer for small kids. It was nice to be able to retreat from the chaos on the falls strip.and Clifton Hill to the quiet of our hotel. We were there in off season though, so I'd imagine at peak it's probably mich busier. I would still recommend it though!
