"Good hotle with nice view to the falls"

"Our first day there was disappointing. We got the room advertised as partial bay view but more like your down the block at the front end of the hotel, not much of a view. The majority of the room was clean, saw dust bunnies and stains on curtains but the sofa bed was disgusting. When we open up the sofa bed, the mattress pad was covered in stains. There was crumbs on the pad, under it, under the mattress, no sheets. Somebody was slacking. The sofa cushions were stained. I did not want my kids to...

"We stayed here for 1 night in a balcony room. The room was of the traditional style and quite small however the balcony was a nice addition. There was ample parking and beautiful gardens. The staff were excellent. We didn't try the restaurant."
