"Honestly, I really loved the hotel; it’s very centrally located. The only thing is that I was on the fifth floor, and the carpets outside the room were in terrible condition. I have one more thing to say: the staff need better uniforms for serving the public and should always wear a smile—appearance counts for a lot. Also, the young woman handling breakfast looked very tired; she was complaining and spraying cleaning products in the dining area while people were still eating their breakfast."

"The staff were very friendly and attentive . The rooms were nice and clean. Close - Only 20 minutes to the falls. Great places for food -Marlboro kitchen & bar and Taylor’s. Downfalls - the amount of bees/hornets . We would open the door and in one would fly in the room. One flew into my husband’s ear the minute he got out of the car upon arrival. Breakfast- not the greatest, but it is nice to have something quick to grab. They were quick to respond. In one of the rooms we reserved, the toilet seat broke and within the hour they had someone there to fix it. We had to leave early due to our daughter getting sick and they were very understanding and accommodating with our reservation."
