"Staff was amazing and extremely kind. Katie was very welcoming and immediately offered an apartment change including a bottle of wine for the Internet issue. I will recommend this place to all my colleagues heading down south. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the bedroom, so it can be used to watch some movies like the one upstairs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how easy it was to find the property, and we immediately felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The setting of Empire Spa Retreat is simply delightful, surrounded by a serene natural environment full of trees and a variety of beautiful birds. It was the perfect escape for some relaxation. The atmosphere made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay, and the level of care from the staff truly made a difference in our experience. One of the best aspects of staying at Empire was its convenience. The retreat is located near plenty of wonderful wineries, art galleries, and excellent food spots, as well as being close to the wedding venue, Aravina Estate. We could easily explore the area while being close to all the activities we had planned. Overall, our stay at Empire Spa Retreat was a truly positive experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the Busselton and Yallingup region.
