"The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. "

The Hanoi Signature Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Bonne emplacement légèrement a l’extérieur du centre, personnelle super emplacement propre"

Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"The staff is very helpful and kind. When they knew it was my birthday, they made a surprise, gave me cake and roses and decorated my bed with rose petals! It was a very nice surprise. The breakfast isn't from the building but very generous. Try their rice noodle soup, I regretted not having it every day and everything is very clean and AC stays on even when you leave the room. Maybe not eco-friendly but it's essential to survive the heat in town all year round. The Spa is not in the European style. You have to remeber.. it is Vietnan."

The Oriental Jade Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely amazing. Great location in the Old Town near the lake. Great shopping. The rooms a small. That is informative, not a complaint. The beds, pillows, ac very comfortable. Loved the small pool and the roof top bar. I went there everyday. Also, had a nice gym with a view of the city. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Hanoi."

Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"One of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. A perfect blend of European style and local Vietnamese flare. The propriety is exquisite, the food is fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. And the staff could not do enough to help and please us. This is a top, top hotel."

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
