"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"The Bath hotel is a lovely period hotel with a great team in a superb location. Me and my wife had a lovely stay and enjoyed our 3 days. The breakfast is of a really good standard along with the service from the local team. We also used the bar next door which is worth a visit. We stayed in a quirky double which was more than suitable for our break and well serviced throughout our stay. We had never stayed in Lynmouth before albeit we will certainly return!"

"The hotel is well overdue for a makeover, the staff, however, are excellent, although they forgot to service our room on a 2 night stay. The room was extremely disappointing, being both small & very, very scruffy. The position of the hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring Ilfracombe, if staying again will book direct with the hotel and ask for specific rooms, in all a very enjoyable visit, apart from the accommodation, the breakfast was excellent!
