"Overall the hotel was great. The location is ideal for exploring Boston. The staff were all polite and helpful. The room we had was clean, but it could use some new carpet as it looked old and there were some stains. The bathroom is small but functional. I would have appreciated more hooks or shelves. The counter does extend from the sink all the way to above the toilet. But I would not place any personal items on a counter right above the toilet, especially with the toilet not having a lid. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress topper. The pillows however were awful and had absolutely no support. I would scrunch up the pillow under my head, but still my head ended up in the middle of the pillow with all the filling pushed to the sides of my head and my head basically on the bed.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would try to request different pillows."
