"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

"Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. "Great staff from the get go and even better with parking, the room was large with plenty of space and air conditioning which was wonderful with the current heat. We had to ask for extra towels and they came promptly and were still warm from the dryer which was great. Will definitely be coming again!"

"From check in to check out the staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. Lovely pool and gym & bar area. Rooms were clean and comfortable but need a little refresher & some updating, but it's an old building. Breakfast was pretty good apart from a cremated sausage & few minor issues. Overall a good selection of items to help yourself from plus a menu choice for cooked breakfast including kippers! Excellent hash browns! 😁"

"Room was clean when we arrived but house keepers could do better I don't think people stay for nine days at a time think more short term stays no shops near hotel . Food ok plenty there .staff pleasant enough. If we were short of any thing in our room we did receive straight away more for business people short stays .my opinion ?"
