"There’s a certain expectation that comes when staying at a Marriott I have stayed Marriott hotels and never came across one that was so disgusting Our room was filthy. Could not use Shower had to clean it ourselves because it was dirty General overall appearance of property was not maintained. Severely understaffed only one person manning the desk and wasn’t even at the desk was sitting and talking with other people Employees dressed in street clothes so I had no idea who was giving me information and if they actually work there. Person at front desk was in lobby with a baseball bat swinging it around. My check in was bad and was difficult. Later in the evening I could not use the television when I called the front desk I was told that I would have to just deal with it or switch rooms It was after 10 PM and I could not switch rooms. I said there has got to be a way to fix this. Maybe it just needs new batteries. The front desk clerk said oh well maybe and I expected someone to bring me a new remote as that’s the level of service that I expect but I was told that I had to go to the front desk to pick up which meant getting dressed and coming down and the front desk clerk was too busy chatting with either friends or employees could not tell because everyone was in street clothes. We could not use the pool as it was filthy with hair, floating, and oil slicks and had not been serviced since a year before. If this is the Marriott Bonvoy, I will never stay with you again"

"It was a wonderful stay, and I’d like to sincerely thank the manager and Norma for their exceptional help. I had misplaced my wedding ring and a bracelet, and they went above and beyond to locate them. I truly appreciate their honesty and kindness."

"Asked to speak with management or have management call me when I got the room for my sister having a domestic crisis and was given a hard time but at the end took care of my sister. But in my eyes I’m appreciative but the situation was not handled appropriately"

"Place and room were clean. Room had odd smell, bathroom faucet had no pressure, unable to use and bed was not the most comfotable. On bottom floor, so noise from next room up was very noticeable. For price, you get what you pay for. Convenient to a Walmart and Walgreens. In a pinch, it was satisfactory for a place to stay."

"We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom. Went to have breakfast, there was the waffle maker, a few baby muffins no orange juice and when standing by the coffee the trash can that appeared empty but with only stir sticks and sugar packet trash it smelled like rotten tomatoes and mold. We didn’t eat the food, we only got coffee and hot water for my tea. And when checking out, no one asked how our stay was or anything, they just took the keys and said , I was all set. Horrible experience,"

" Beware of parking your vehicle. The hotel gives you a parking pass but takes none of your vehicle info. If your parking tag is not clearly visible on the dash you get towed as I did at a cost of $180. even though I was in a Marriott designated spot. the hotel has no contact with the towing Co. Taking a min. for a cursory look would have identified my parking tag. Ruined our entire stay as we first thought the car was stolen. "
