It is older but well kept, clean, comfortable, good bed, shower, quiet, quiet heater/cooler, easy parking close to amenities, gasoline, restaurants, etc.

My stay in Newport

The room is adequate and centrally located to Newports local attractions and restaurants. If you are coming to do some charter fishing it is only 10 minutes away for the Harbor. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Quick Trip

We were only there for a quick trip and the place did was we needed. Bathroom walls could have been cleaned better but that did not affect our stay there. Would stay again.

Staff very friendly. The outside of the building has been refreshed but the the rooms are tired. Location to Nye beach is good and many ammenities are close by.

For the price it was an okay stay. The rooms were average and the shower was very small. The walls were thin and you could hear ajoining rooms too easily.

Very clean and quiet. Possibly because I stayed on a weekday, and I’m certain that there wasn’t anyone in the adjoining rooms. There are some very sketchy apartments behind the motel in the parking area, but the residents shuffling around kept to themselves.

Solid place but wifi is worthless. If you really need internet, bring your own hotspot.

Wow… literally dirty handprints on the walls, peeling paint, grounds are dirty, have never stayed anywhere this awful in my life. $130/night is no where near what this place is worth.
