"Me and my brother stayed for a night as we wanted to visit the coast. Stay was ‘ok’. Couple things need attention by the hosts for sure- 1. The king size bed we used was poor quality. Not comfortable, wear and tear has deteriorated the cushion, it sinks in as you lay down. 2. Would be helpful if host can provide liquid hand soap and body wash. These 2 matter especially for the price they charge."

"There was not even basic amenities like shampoo , body wash and conditioner in the room . The last at the counter after letting her know that this was situation during check out she was like oh okay I will update the staff . I don’t understand people don’t care even if there is a mistake on their end , a small sorry would have been nice but over all the hotel looks good but the amenities inside the room were not at all good ."

"There seems to be a communications issue with Hotels.com and all the motels I've stayed at this trip. I don't know what it is. At the Travelodge, my only beef is that the lobby was locked up at 7AM. Good thing there was a coffee maker in the room."
