"No communication. AC went out and trying to get any kind of resolution was impossible. Had to stay in the hot room. No housekeeping seen, not even in the halls until our 4th day, was getting ready to check out at 11, at 9 there is a knock at the door, guess who? Housekeeping. SMH. Room paint was thick and layered and cracked."

Inside the rooms , ring stains on furniture , trash was left in the room even when room service came in , stains onthe desk chair seat and the television in the living room did not work …. STAFF SAID THEY COULDN'T FIX IT.
Breakfast was ok.
They clean the rooms every other day, you take out your own trash until then."

"This place is undergoing construction which, in itself, is wonderful however, not during our stay. Breakfast was unavailable due to construction as well as the swimming pool. Because the pool was closed, they also closed the "gym", a small room with two pieces of equipment and bags of maybe soiled linenen in there. The elevators and carpets were dirty. There was no vending, only ice and they had no extra supplies for real like tooth brushes, toothpaste etc. But they did have mouth wash. I feel...

"The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. There was construction at every floor around the elevators, so we were first put in a room directly across from an elevator. When we walked in, the noise was deafening in the room so we turned right back around and they moved us to another room, on another floor. That room was hot and the floor was soaked from the AC unit running itself out so we had to go back down to be moved a third time. The staff were super apologetic, professional and kind....
