Communication with Skykes Cottages was very process heavy tho - we received so many useless emails before the booking, then during the trip there was so many different people to talk to for every problem. "Parking has gone up to £6 a day now, Breakfast is great apart from their coffee machine which is terrible, it didn't use to be like that a few years back, they must have changed it. Beds are comfortable, pool and sauna is nice but their steam room hardly has any steam, it needs an upgrade. Staff are nice, hotel is quiet which I prefer. "
