Pull-out bed was not--it was very hard and you could feel the springs (may be okay for small children, but not for larger kids or teens). Air conditioner worked great and room was clean. View overlooked the pool and that area was clean as well. Complimentary breakfast was simple (Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, premade waffles, egg white and spinach...
