"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relaxing Stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford! We had an absolutely excellent experience at Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. Both of our rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The second room we booked for our guests was equally impressive, and they were very happy with the comfort and overall experience. The cleanliness in both rooms was impeccable—everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly appreciated the complimentary amenities, including parking, water, and fruits—small details that made a big difference and reflected genuine hospitality. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient for accessing Oxford city center, making it ideal for a relaxed stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. "I got given a room key for a room that was already taken. Opened the door and there was someone’s belongings all over the bed. I was on edge once I got given a new room thinking the same thing would happen to me. I was not told to pay for parking after entering my reg plate in on the system last night when arriving, then when I left in the morning I asked again about it and they said ‘no they obviously just forgot to charge you, you should be ok’’ so if I hadn’t have checked this morning with the parking company, I would have got a fine. Awful awful customer service. "
