"Stayed for 2 nights BB and couldn’t fault it, front desk were pleasant and alway helpful, along with the staff in the restaurant. Bed was massive, and comfortable. Everything you needed was in your room. This hotel is close to the park & ride, so very handy for getting in and out of Oxford, and last bus runs till after 11pm. "

"Plug in sink jammed, couldn’t have a wash. So hot, no air conditioning. Shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Next door was very noisy."

"Lovely 4 night stay at the Leonardo Royal. The room was spacious and bed really confortable. The room also had with a good selection of teas and coffees wuth flavoured water and snacks freely available in reception. "

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! Dont be shy to let more personality come through via chat and smiles while in the restaurant, food fab quality. Breakfast good, eggs cooked well and quickly.
