"Reserved a non smoking room and on arrival, the room wreaked of cigarettes. The sheets and pillows smelled and looked dirty. "

We cleaned off the chairs with the towels from our room and apparently other guests appreciated it because the porch became very popular When we asked the host for more towels she just casually commented that yes the porch gets dusty and covered with pollen. The inn next door had a nice living room and breakfast area which was shared with our inn.The breakfast was sufficient although disappointing. Often the breakfast served at B&Bs has a fresh fruit option and several choices. This was not the case here. The location was great as you could easily walk to the center of town. All in all, it was fine although a bit overpriced."

"Room 110- The room was outdated, and was probably an old smoking room due to the overwhelming smell. The air conditioner/heating unit was very loud but I understood that it may have been working hard to keep the room warm. Otherwise the room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was right for a quick overnight stay."

"The overall establishment is clean our room was ok, the environmental services staff needs to check behind an under stationary furniture, unfortunately we found moldy raisins and crumbs behind a small chest of drawers and candy wrappers under the bed and the tub floor was gray."
