"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "The bar and reception areas have been renovated and are nice, a call out to the helpful and friendly bar staff too. However, the room itself was not acceptable. Both towels and bed sheets had marks on them, as did the carpet. Got in the shower, empty shower gel container. Nowhere in the bathroom to put anything. Both the mugs and glasses were dirty and dusty. The fire alarm in our room activated whilst we were asleep and woke us up in the middle of the night (it wasn’t us! and there wasn’t a fire or emergency). Although there are still renovations taking place and we had to walk a near 360 to get to the room, the room itself should be cleaned properly at a minimum. The price was cheap through Expedia, but wouldn’t recommend a stay."
