"Very close to the station, ideal as I was using the train. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though I was only staying one night they kindly kept my massive rucksack the following day until my train left in the evening for a £1 charity donation. There was some noise until late as it's in central Newcastle so understandable."

"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) "
