We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central. Location is perfect- walking distance to most of midtown and all the subways we took left from Grand Central so made it so easy to get around. The amenities and staff were great and our room was large so plenty of space.

We will stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the location was great. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The area is safe and the hotel was very safe and secure.

Hotel room was spacious, beds were ok. Bathroom is ready for a refurb. Hotel in general needs a refurb. Breakfast was terrible. All in all an ok stay.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The carpet had stains & probably hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The staff was helpful. It was nice having the ticktock diner attached to hotel.
