Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my lady’s birthday, and the restaurant downstairs even put a candle on my lady’s cake when she turned 40.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Bathroom was incredibly small. I have been a guest at this hotel for years but never had a room that wasn’t up to standard. Hotel has slipped in recent years. Breakfast buffet in the lobby is 75.00 per person. No room service. Just not a great place to stay anymore. Will look elsewhere in the future ...
