De’Marcis was outstanding. Greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby from the street. The front desk staff, security, & cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The diner had the best food for reasonable prices being in NYC. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. After reading all the negative reviews I was worried. The check in line is long and the hotel is very crowded but that was the only negative.
