The staff was rude and the room was terrible. The only thing redeeming about this hotel is the location. The room was an okay size, but the bathroom was terrible. Hotel Edison Times Square
It was close to Times Square. The security was great! The fitness center was well stocked! The restaurants were good. The breakfast voucher was fantastic! The room was just what we needed for our stay in NYC. It was super close to Hamilton!

The staff was great. Held luggage in check before we explored the city. Handled car service to the airport. Gave us extra cookies during the blizzard. This will be my go to Manhattan hotel in the future
