Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Staff is great. The hotel is a bit old. They have a huge problem with elevators. We had to wait for up to 10 minutes to take one to go to the lobby, that was very frustrating. Location is perfect."

"The room was pretty cramped and a little outdated for what you’d expect with the price. It’s a good central location to a lot of good places in the city. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize the free breakfast as much as we would’ve liked to due to how crowded everything was."
