"Very clean room, extremely friendly staff and a very accommodating breakfast (mu table). We are plant based and gluten free (due to celiacs). All food is labeled with +5 different labels (fish, meat, dairy, egg, gluten, and others) and the chef would make us a separate custom meal each morning."

"這次入住整體感受令人失望，與我對煙波品牌的期待有很大的落差。 首先，客房整體相當普通，而且明顯缺乏維護。房內兩張沙發椅都有明顯白斑與髒污，壁紙也有不少污漬，接縫處多處翹起、脫落，看得出來已經使用一段時間卻沒有妥善整理。房間濕氣很重，雖然有提供除濕機，但被子、床鋪摸起來還是有濕濕的感覺，睡起來不是很舒服。浴室備品也只有洗髮精和沐浴乳，沒有提供護髮乳，以這個價位來說略顯不足。 電梯門口地毯上有很多灰塵還是食物屑屑。 飯店設施比想像中簡單許多。樓上的親子空間看起來很適合拍照，但實際空間不大，可玩的內容非常有限，沒有想像中的豐富。 早餐也是此次最失望的部分之一。菜色選擇不多，沒有什麼特色，與煙波礁溪館相比差距相當明顯。另外，餐廳座位安排非常密集，用餐時相當擁擠，取餐區也是人擠人，缺乏度假的放鬆感。 ..."
