"Room was clean upon arrival but we never had house cleaning visit during our 4 night stay. Had to go down to front desk twice to get new towels, by time we left we had a large pile of dirty towels, hand towels and face rags on floor. Ran out of toilet paper, used the kleenex. And we emptied our own ..."
