Room was fine, our quick stay that could have turned into a nightmare thanks to online booking site that didnt really match details correctly. ( not direct booking thru quest ) at reception Arthur checked availability and after a moment sorted a solution for us.. he was super helpful, informative with parking and bus for light festival bus etc.. was a massive relief after realizing our predicament..
