Good location, very comfortable beds and lots of space. Very tired condition with huge, old cobwebs in multiple places. Very easy walk to town centre and sea front.

With a concert in town, New Plymouth was boooked out - but I was glad to have a room at 299! Was given a warm welcome and slept well. The property is older but perfectly comfortable. Walkable into the centre of town and the coastal walkway. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for my needs - great coffee shop just along the road. Room was tidy, clean and comfortable, if a little dated. Reception was very welcoming and helpful when I checked in.
