The staff were so helpful and friendly and were willing to accommodate anything we asked it was very much appreciated ! Very limited breakfast just cereal and bagels , a single jar of peanut butter for people to share
The breakfast was the most basic one I have ever had at a hotel, all they had was cereal, bread and bagels!! The em room was clean but the coffee supplies in the room seemed very old (the creamer and the sugar)!! Overall I liked it but the breakfast and coffee was disappointing
Staff and property manager were very professional and friendly. I very much appreciate the property manager, who went out of his way to correct a booking error for this stay.
Quick overnight stay for a wedding in town. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Just what we were looking for.

Perfect for what and where is.
I like the location. Originally from Deersville -Freeport area. Perfect for visiting family. This was my third stay. Nice little continental breakfast. Price was great for a place to lay my head down.

It was fine, there were a couple issues like the fridge making random noises in the middle of the night. There was also a lot of damage to walls from water in bathroom. Overall clean, they did enter my room on a three night stay and change sheets and brought new towels so service is good, I was abit concern stuff was missing but everything was there. Overall I would likely stay there again provided if I needed a place to stay in that area again
The property as a whole is somewhat dated. However, the service was excellent, the room was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed and the rate was appropriate.

The images and description of this place do not reflect the online images. The staff was friendly & helpful. Quiet area. The room itself was dirty. Hair on the sheets, floor & carpet dirty. Cobwebs at corners, headboard dusty, comforter stained, wall light cover dirty, door looked dirty and or faded paint. Drapes were stained, bathroom mirror was not clean, bathroom fan dirty, baseboard was detached from wall. The soap & bodywash was nice. Tear out the outdated kitchen.

While the location was convenient, the property is very dated and worn. The bathroom walls and corners are discolored and dirty as is the shower. Very horrible bed mattress. The size of room is very nice and light fixtures and beat are nice.
It’s in need of updating. Everything was dingy. Although, it was very quiet and clean enough that I wasn’t freaking out. Staff was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was just something you could pop in a toaster….thats it…not even a piece of fruit.
Normally I've never had any issues to complain about but my last 3 stays here have been terrible and I don't think I'll be staying here again. 3 weeks ago I checked in and the manager put my grandson and I in a room and within 20 minutes I began itching really bad and felt something on my neck and ankle. I lifted the pillow on the bed and I was astonished when I saw 3 bedbugs I was able to grab a tissue and catch 2 and took them right down to the front desk and showed the manager. While he was rather shocked by what he was seeing and very apologetic he offered to move us to another room. I accepted because I just drove 11 hours and exhausted I had my grandson strip and get in the shower afterwards I did the same and threw both our clothes in the trash and had to double bag our clean clothes go to a local laundry mat and wash our clothes 3 times. Reluctantly we stayed an additional night and to my surprise the manager didn't even offer a discount or refund for the first night after the nightmare and 3 hours in a laundry mat trying to get the nasty bugs out of our clothes. Now I gave Red Roof Inn the benefit that the last stay was an unfortunate event and it happens I decided to stay here because of the locality and not the property but Red Roof Inn reservation overcharged me for my reservation by 20.00 dollars I called and cancelled and made a new reservation and now I have a charge for the one night stay but an additional 66.39 change pending on my card.
