Overall it was a good experience. We weren't comfortable on the 3rd floor but they were so nice about changing the room for us. We decided to stay another night and booked another day!

Ease of access to surrounding areas is good. Staff are easy to work with and try to accommodate your needs. Rooms have a musty smell. During our first stay here, we had a weak spot in the floor that suggested possible water damage. The Beds are ok, but nothing to write home about. There is no food service in the area, so bring what you want to eat, or it's a 30-minute ride into Belle Chasse or Gretna to get something.
