"Hotel Encanto several times over the years and it is the best hotel in southern New Mexico. Get an east facing room with a view of the Organ Mountains and enjoy the sunrise. The restaurant is good, exercise room is fine, the staff is always amazing, there's even a gift shop with a pair of Zia socks I had to have. And you are only a 20 minute drive from some beautiful hikes in the mountains."

"The hotel not only offer a fantastic breakfast, but dinner “snacks” in the evening as well which included a chicken and pasta dish, hot dogs or nachos! Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. "

"The pool was not working and was not advertised before we made the booking. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty, the cleanliness of the room was poor overall. Had a hard time getting the room keys to work, I asked the staff several times for replacement but no luck. The morning breakfast included old fruit."

Breakfast staff was attentive and kept tables picked up and serving area neat. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with all functions (hot water, refer, M/W, outlets, A/C) working.
